I am a fan of Robyn O’Brien. Yesterday she wrote an article on the ways our food has changed since we were kids. The bottom line is ” Plants can be genetically engineered to be resistant to pests or herbicides. But in the process, there is evidence they may be causing harm to human health as an unintended consequence.”
